Uncle Apple (aka Tadakuni who works at Apple) saw a picture of me watching a video on my cell while being hospitalized for a few days to evaluate for the transplant.
My mom sent a photo of me to my aunt and uncles to keep them updated of everything going on. Seeing the picture of me looking at the tiny screen he promptly ordered an ipad the same day to have delivered during my hospital stay (Aunt Kazuko pitched in too!).
I share a nintendo switch with my two siblings that was generously gift by Chiran (his wife), but with the IV and ports in my hands it's sometimes uncomfortable to push the buttons on the controller(and my sisters need time to play too while mom stays with me) so I'm happy I can watch some shows without going to the hospital lounge!
